I understand that the Leadership School™ systems and materials are copyrighted by LEMI.
I understand that by taking this training I will be receiving training in these systems.
In order for our school to use any part of the School Leadership Training system, I realize we should encourage our board members to receive training in these systems over time. This will ensure the integrity of the School and that leadership educational standards will be met.
I understand that by participating in this training, my feedback about the systems we implement may be important. Systems may be improved as we go along because of participant feedback.
I can cancel my enrollment in this training up until it is either canceled or confirmed and receive a refund of the full amount of the training minus $25 to cover bank charges and expenses. If I try to cancel after training is confirmed, I will no longer be eligible for a refund.
No refunds after confirmation.
I give permission for my picture/video or my children's pictures or videos to be used by LEMI for promotion or further training.
I understand that principal mentors have priority for this training and that there are a limited amount of seats for the ONSITE training, and should wait until my seat has been confirmed before making travel plans.
LEMI reserves the right to cancel any class or training for any reason.
